We need video evidence in order to ban hackers, other than that we can't do anything about it.
You can find a lot of good recording softwares for low pcs. As :

You won't need a crack or serial number to record hackers with it.
After you record the hacker, you will need to upload it in one of the websites that offers uploading them, One of the most famous one is actually Youtube.

Upload the video there, after that copy the video's link and put it in the evidence.
