    Description/Explaining: After, I finished fight in a Ranked, No-Debuff session I came back and this player kept on spamming, and saying this player had "hacks".

    I do not see anyone with the name Isaiah0115YT hackusating in the evidence you provided, therefore the player can not be punished.
