Reasons on why was this guy hacking:
+ He hit me very fast, although sometimes he didn't circle me in any way or any time at all.
+ Everytime I approached him, he instantly hit me back although I ran behind him
+ Even if I was knocked around him like crazy, he seems to perfectly hit me in every single direction.

This video was really laggy so I can't see it.
But I spectated him in game and saw his kill-aura/aimbot.
