»Pleeease help me register and login

Since yesterday i think i spend 4-5 hours on the game to try how i can register on the server. I make my account on the web yesterday and try to use my password but nothing
So i called a friend who as a account on your server, and he tryed to help me but nothing nothing and nothing.
I decided to read the forum and try every method that admin purpose for some over player and yeeaaah... nothing.
Also i play on the 1.12.2 version cause i don't know why, my laptop won't run an other version (please don't tell try an other version i just want to make it with my 1.12.2 just like my friend so i know he can work)

( I really sorry, i french, i think my english is bad but i too tired to translate on google and i want play on your server as soon as possible)
