»Please Help Me Find Shaders That Give Motion Blur ONLY

I have been looking for hours on the internet for shaders that ONLY give motion blur(for smoother gameplay)
and I actually did find one! but, the downside to it is when you hit a player, he doesn't turn red for 0.5 like usual, the shaders that i found makes it disappear completely and all i hear is sounds, which really effect the way I React/predict in PvP, I try to use the fishing rod before hitting the player, and if I hit him, I barely even notice that i did hit him, and most of the time I can't tell if i'm hitting him or not.

So i'm making this thread hoping that someone can help me get shaders that ONLY give motion blur, but also doesn't have the bug with hitting other players.

Enable motion blur in minecraft in super secret settings and use a texture pack overlay to decrase the blur.
