Use /skin update in the lobby to update your skin. Be careful though, this has a 3 day cooldown, so make sure your skin is correct!

Maybe what he ment is he is a prem player but cant do /skin update at lobby because GC think that he is a crack am i correct? Cause i have the same prob xD cant do /skin update because they though that i am a crack
Premium skins are kinda glitched, for some users that are premium (including myself) it will say "you must be a premium user to use this command" when you do /skin update, yet you are premium. lol its been annoying me for like a month, i really want to use my skin, i hope they fix it
okie i have found a solution to the problem, launch any 1.8 version, and go to factions dimensions, then do /skin update on that server, then relog. it should work as it did for me, the reason i think it works is because faction D is a new server and all the skins there are up to date, hope this works for you
