From the evidence that you posted there is not sufficient evidence to show that it is hacks or not. The reach as some might have called it might be due to at the time if you were lagging or not. Therefore from the lack of evidence given from your video there isn't sufficient evidence to conclude if he was hacking or not. Next time maybe a longer video and definite proof of hacks would be preferred.
