Hello anyone who reads this,


So yesterday I lost something that meant a lot to me. It is Guildcraft. Now I know you’re thinking how can someone lose Guildcraft. Well I got demoted. And again, staff ranks aren’t everything I can still play, I know. But this just changed my whole feeling about Guildcraft.

I started playing guildcraft in the hardest part of my life, a part that was life changing for me. My uncle got murdered. This was by far the hardest thing I had to deal with in my whole life, and as some of you know, this changes a lot about how you are. I found Guildcraft, I liked to spend my time there, It felt like people standed behind me, even if that wasn’t true, it felt like it and it did me good. I spend a lot of time on Guildcraft, and ofcourse I noticed that there was staff. And since people there helped me get through hard times, why not help people back? I applied for staff, and got accepted. This was on skyblock, I looked up to people like JMicheal because they helped me when I didn’t know what to do, so I could move on. This was what I wanted to do as well. And I did, for 1,5 years to be exact. I had a 3 month break for school, which was 5 months ago now. But not being able to get through this year of school hit me pretty hard, so I came back to Guildcraft because that helped me get through other times as well. This was 2 months ago.

I got staff on skyblock, minigames and a new server prison. I never played prison before, but Xandervanv told me he could use some staff he knew he could trust, so I helped him out. Why not? I liked what I did and if I can help people with it it’s only more fun.

Until yesterday, when I went on ts and noticed my admin tag was gone. After a while I got moved, and I was told that I was demoted. It hit me hard, I didn’t know what was going on. He told me it had something to do with my prefix and bad behavior. About my prefix, it was ‘HeadNab’ which was seen as proving towards head admins. If someone has the prefix ‘HeadAdmin’ it means THEY are HeadAdmin,right? This makes me a HeadNab, whats the big deal? This had influence on the other reason I got demoted

I got demoted for ‘bad behavior’, this is about a fight I had asyfrost 3 months ago. I got muted for something, which in my eyes was really unfair and tried to fight that, what ofcourse is impossible as you all know. But because of the thing with my prefix Asyfrost brought this back to life, but now aXed noticed this as well and told Amethyst to fully demote me because I should never have been accepted as staff after that.

2 Years I spend on Guildcraft, it was my place to escape from reality, a place to just peace out. And this is what I get. The nice place just gets demolished in front of my face. It doesn’t feel the same anymore. Even though 3 Head admins are behind me, it still didn’t convince anyone that it was a mistake. Do I just have to deal with this? I don’t know what to do seriously, it just does feel so unfair.

Thanks to all people who helped me though these hard times, I’m not going to list them all, you will know it yourself. Thanks for taking the time to read this, I just wanted this of my heart. The day in which you liked to have fun at the new BuildBattle server was extremely fun, I do know how you feel as I have lost my grandma, neighbour, friend's mom, my dog all in one year. I guess this is how life moves on and keep this motivation in your head: "Accept reality and move on with the flow"

Ahh, Noah180... There you're my old friend at KitPvP, since months ago I first knew you in Factions when you were still active there, then I went over to KitPvP... Coincedence that you also switched over to KitPvP and a little more active there too... We had great fun times together and we were both good friends, even though I don't see you around for like a while ago. For a second thought, yesterday I was wondering why and what happened to your Admin tag on Teamspeak? But then afterwards a few minutes, I skipped thinking about it. You sound like a tumblr feminist here. IDK what went down or what you two said outside of these pictures, but you basically acted the child and decided to remove someone form the community who was benefiting the 99% of Guildcraft. You, as the 1%, saw fit to ruin it for everyone else. You could not find it in yourself to forgive or just ignore noah, as a true adult would do, but decided to bring up a grudge from a long time ago from when noah was a different person. Whats worse is that what noah said is a well known thing on the internet that people say that things have **** or should have **** when we don't really care either way; just like people joke about mental disabilities and more.

Everyone overreacts. Everyone says really bad things when they are pissed off. Even some of the best people in the world do this. Everyone changes over a few months, mostly for the better. Especially when given responsibility as a staff member. And if this is the best reason that you can find to remove someone as great as noah, then you should let someone else, who acts more mature and forgives people for petty actions, take over your position; someone who looks at who others are right now rather than looking at who they were in the past.

I know that you are not a bad person; that you have helped many people out with your position as a staff member. Just don't let the power get to your head. Judge situations objectively without input from other people (yes, even aXed as sometimes he doesn't have a good idea on the whole situation) or your own emotions. Look at the pros and cons and evaluate both sides. Let me try that out:

Pros of noah: A staff member with a great record for doing his jobs and helping people out (evidence should be easy to find). Contributed to the server both as a staff and a donator. His casual nature, such as having a prefix of HeadNab, makes him more approachable to shy people on the server.
Cons of noah: Maybe too casual, not serious enough to do things correctly as a staff member should (have you found recent and relevant evidence of this?). Insulted you 3 months ago on a private channel when you have just had a big argument that would be asking for insults from both sides.

Yes, the cons may seem bad to you, but surely to even you the pros far outweigh cons. He helps the server far, far more than he ruins it.

One last note: we all make mistakes. A child acts stubborn and tries to justify that his 'mistake' was the correct thing to do. An adult admits their faults, learns from their mistakes and puts it behind them like nothing happened. Don't be afraid to admit that you made a mistake here if that is what you think AsyFrost.

final final note: Feel free to ignore me and continue as you wish. Just as I have my freedom of speech, you have the freedom to write me off as an offensive and / or childish twat.

I never brought up any grudge or demoted him, but you seem to know it all.
I was shown the screenshot of noah and I simply said that this isn't how a staff member should've acted and that is the hard truth, a moderator or admin who takes a prefix as 'HeadNab' is wrong any staff member would of been warned or punished for it. (I never said he should be demoted for just this, he crossed lines before and that is why the demoted was there). Members can get banned or get their prefix removed if they had done this... And he's a staff member for a longer time shouldn't he know right and wrong? Why would you disobey the rules as a staff member and put a prefix so provocative as this that when I took a break for 10days that I even receive this screenshot whilst im not doing anything with GC? That proves something how ignorant he was to our rules.

Every time when you guys seem fit we should let a staff member get away with it, but if we see something that isn't in particular that bad and we don't demote the player it's immediately bad? Once again this wasn't my final decision but I agree with it and never brought up any grudge. Most Head-Admins knew of this and aXed aswell.

Noah should never had included me in his topic I don't even understand how I am included in the blame for something that he said some time ago. But once again he totally did not wished me death so that's fine.

Really? Why do you want to again bring back things that i left behind me, and this on my farewell post. I involved you in this because you are the reason for my demote. Yes i made mistakes and yes i'm very sorry for what i did. But i was pissed because it was so unfair and i sweared in a private chat. I think that ot would have been correct to demote me 3 months later if i said those things in a chat everyone can see. I changed in the times after that, because you stopped provoking me and ignored me. In my opinion i was doing the right thing again. But then this happens all because of a prefix? I think thats just really bullshit. Why didn't ANYONE communicate towards me in the 2 months i had that prefix. NO ONE told me anything about it. If you feel provoked by that prefix i think something is really wrong with you.

Im sorry for the things i said back then, but i hope we can let these things behind as 2 adults.
