    Calm down and be patient. Staff are busy and it takes time for them to reply/unban you.

    Go on teamspeak and ask some staff such as geoarisfc to inform other staff about the ban, he him self and some staff are the only few left who give a ****. You should get your ticket answered the day you talk to him.
