Guildcraft is a large network of players (sometimes over 3000!). When there is a problem with the network or a single server, many people naturally have questions they would like to have answered. The News & Information forum is the logical place to find information on problems with the network or servers, yet there is rarely any actual information found there. Whenever a server goes down for extended time (ex: Semi for a full day), there should soon be a high level staff post regarding the issue. Something as simple as "Semi has crashed due to hardware failure; we're working on it" would suffice for the short term, with an update "Hard drive failed; will be 2-3 days to replace it" later. Those are just examples. When there's no central news source and asking staff results in no answers, then rumors are allowed to run free. This happens every time a server crashes, and almost constantly with rumors of resets on this server or that one. This kind of information should be found in one place, and ONLY one place, and put an end to the speculation.
Completelly agree with addition Should be kind of eqch and every sever sticky named - Semivanilla update log -Survival update log Etc etc With all relevant info abt server status , (eventually) changed mechanics, new rule, eventual deadline (e.g. for building spawn plot).,.
