You should also get a reward when you record and report somebody on forum. For example, 50xp for every report(thats actually true). I think this will help the "in game admins" BUT it wont help head and "chosen admins".

Only the people who actually get banned, will have the reporter rewarded. Plus there is a delay.

 

this sounds like a excellent idea, not only will it promote players on using /report which will lower the amount of people accusing in public, It will also help lower the helpop abuse bans with the delay, helps the victims who got unfairly killed by the hackers and it will make the game more enjoyable by getting these cheaters banned. +1
