»My Forum Account Was Deleted

Hey everyone thanks for reading,


I've been on GuildCraft for quite some time, 2 years or so, I'm not positive, I also have an Elite ranking. I haven't really played since the last survival reset, due to life issues, God only knows how long it had been since I logged into GuildCraft forums... I logged onto my survival account with no problems, I still have Elite, and what little I did after the reset was still there, but today when I came to the forums I could not log in. I talked to a moderator on survival, who told me recreating a forum account with the same email and name would not cause issues. So here I am.

I just wanted to come to the forums to ask if there was a way to restore my old account, (info/friends/posts/join date.) I don't think Elite gains any perks on the forums but if so I'd like to have them. I still have the emails containing my original payment receipts.

Ok so you're probably not aware that we did change the guildcraft website, and the old website is no longer available, so it obligated you to create a new account here to be able to comment on topics, etc. We are no longer using enjin, which is what the old one used, but assuming you have an enjin account, but forgot how to access it, here's a link to their website, and all you got to do is click sign in and put your email address and old password from the account you used before this one.

No, ranks in-game have no effect on the forums. The owners have switched to Xenforo (basically a new forum), so that's why you have to re-create your account. All of us had to do it.

Hey guys thanks for the quick responses! I did notice the new website, but I didn't make the connection... I didn't know it happened for everyone.

Although losing my friends and join date sucks, I do like the new setup.

Well um its not friends anymore.. its followers... saddly they implemented a more twitter approach to things either than just the simple friend request so on and so forth... i made a thread about this problem (well what i think of as a problem) but it didnt get noticed enough so i dropped the idea... but yea if your unhappy with the new forums contact me and we'll start a petition lol jk...
