ok so in semi i was talking with kevin_plays_mc and his brother came on kevin's account. this brother was banned for hacking so i said something like is this the brother that used to hack? And then kevin came back and we started talking about it. Then Noblesword the new mod came in and muted only me. I don't think i should be muted for this.

noblesword since ur the one being reported don't comment till we get a third opinion from someone who knows what they are doing

 

Admins wont be able to do much without any proof from either side.

Mute Stays. As you were saying. "You Mean the guy we called a hacker". This tells that You did accuse someone of hacking.
Even if someones Brother was banned of hacking, doesn't give a rite to speak in chat and call him a hacker. This talk should be talked over Pm not in Public chat. The Mod who muted you was correct.
