    He is misleading people by Showing a Picture of A quartz block but Selling a peice of quartz ore.
    I have a list of screenshots showing me buy it.
    PS-Pictures may be in the wrong order....sorry)

    He probably doesn't know how use /iinfo to check the proper item code for a quartz block. I will just tell him about it in game
    and this is not a scam so
