Mute and Ban because of flood and evading mute

Unfortunately thats all i have but i have a reason.When i forged two things by accident i said in chat NOOOOOOOOO then after that i said sorry for caps i didn'tknowthatwasflooding.whatiwas thinking was the mod would say a warning but he gave none.I got muted for 4 hours when i said that so i made a new acc to tell why was thier no warning.(idk the rules so i knew nothing about evading mute and not to have 2 accounts.)so i said hey why was thier no warning then he said evading mute will result in a ban and banned my other acc.
what mods should do is warn people that dont know the rules before banning or muting because thats not fair.i cant believe these mods they have no soul.....most of them plz unban and change the rules so that they will warn before muting or banning

It is written in the rules that alternate accounts are not allowed for use when you are bypass a mute on an account therefore it results in a perm ban on your alternate account that you have used to bypass the mute. It is your fault for not reading the rules before playing and your fault for getting muted because of breaking our rules. Well the ban stays on the alternate and you are welcomed back when the ban has expired on your main account.

First of all new players gets a warning and those who are not new it can be optional.
Second he is not a mod he is the new head admin of the prison server .He was just following the rules and give disciplinary procedures to those who broke the rules even if they may or may not have know the rules.
Read the server rules before you play.
