I would like there to be a pure vanilla server like many others. This would have no rules, plug-in, commands, or kits. Making it an even playing field. Ik it may be disastrous, but it'll be fun. Many people want this to happen. There is a server that is like this but only for premium players. There fore this'll allow many different players to play. Please Axed looking this, and msg me here or mail send to me on survival on what you think. If you guys agree spread the word and like and share your opinions.

Can't happen, it would be all Vanilla but there still has to be rules and anti-cheats. It wouldn't be fun to have a server where all people hack + that would never happen.

 

You say in the title, many want this to happen. If that was so, they all would play semi-vanilla since its the thing closest to vanilla (therefore the name). 5 or 6 people who want it is defenitely not worth doing it for.

I agree, this idea was made without good and logical thinking. This thread can be locked since this idea is nonsense

 

this is why I wanted people to look at this. It was just an idea. And i like your opinions. Maybe with more people we may find a compromise where there are no plugin to prevent hacks and thats about it. We can just remove stuff from semi too.

Semivanilla IS minecraft vanilla only BUT it has the necessary plugins so its actually fair for everyone (claims/plugins for hax) thats why I play it.

 

I believe there should be a spawn protection and few plug-in for preventing hackers. But I believe having no clam protections and commands will help layer learn more about minecraft and have more fun with it. and its not like you're being forced to play on this server.
Still a draft of the idea. I want it to be closest to vanilla as possible. not "semi"

You realise that will never happen right? Noone wants to play on a server without claims (maybe you cz ur crazy). Just think about it! If theres no claims its gunna turn into factions, hidden bases underground, xrayers everywhere, the progress hardly earned by someone could get lost because of some kid who find his base. Still this is the dumbest idea I heard

 

I strongly believe this will never be added to gc for these reasons
1. not alot of people play full on vanilla anymore, the majority of people are either playing multiplayer with server side plugins or single player with some mods installed.
2. it will increase the problem with hackers in gc by making other players think it will be ok to use cheats all around gc. Hackers is already a huge problem around most the servers (with annihilation and faction being the biggest of them all).
3. aXed will be bleeding more money if he added this because it would cost more to run gc as a whole and since its full on vanilla and having the Eula in full effect he wont be able to make any money off of it or very little.

 

Requesting lock. This post is complete bullshit. This was made with 0 thought. You don't know how much it costs to run a server where 5 people play on. It's quite expensive to run a server. So if 5 people play there, only the costs of that server will come since nobody is going to donate for a server where 5 people play on.
