At current state both kit Lucian and Joker require buff. For Joker speed 1 would be great to compensate about the long fall after the teleport or it should be made to teleport you right ontop of the player. As for Lucian this kit needs speed 1. I dont think i have to explain myself further
Would like to see jokers special be something more OP like ~ When you use the special to randomly tp to a player it should be a 50/50 chance of doing 2 different special attacks. First one being 50% of there current health will be removed soon as you land on the ground after tping to them. The second special would be something that helps you such as having a 25% chance to apply 4 different buffs to yourself when you teleport 25% chance of speed 2 25% of resistance 2 25% of regeneration 2 25% chance of strength 2. And for Lucian i'd like to see a less delayed and more OP special attack That you wouldn't have to aim at the person for it to hit them the special attack would be like Thor kit but instead of lightning it would be a Laser beam damaging multiple targets for up to 8 hearts per use or doing 4 hearts then applying a small bleed to them for the next 2 seconds that does 2 hearts per game tick. This is just a thought of mine but it would be cool to see something like this done to the kits
I dont't know about Lucian, but ExoTicZ suggested I should add it. I guess there is a good reason behind it. You can ask him if you want, but I can't tell you why since I don't own the kit.
