I need to reset my password on the server because I haven't played in a while, so I forgot it. I have opened two support tickets already before, and I haven't been notified on anything. They just close them without telling me anything.

Seems like you made a ticket back in April. I would’ve dealt with this but I didn’t receive my ticket perms until the end of May. Long periods of no responses on tickets close it off.
If you could remake your ticket that would be great. I’ll deal with it once I have finished work.

To get your password reset, please make a support ticket here

Press Submit New Ticket
Department; Forgotten Server Password

You must await for myself or other Head-Admins+ to help you reset your password, and here is a link for useful password tips when you are able to join back onto the Network.

TIP: Do not bump up your support ticket - they are dealt with OLDEST FIRST so bumping up the ticket will equal it as 'new' and you'll be waiting a longer duration for a response.
