Hi I lost my server password and I made a support ticket but stilll no response. Please Help.

Due to the server transfers that have been happening, this has made any password resets delayed hence why you have not received a response on your ticket.
Once this transfer has been fully completed and secured, password resets will return back to normal.

Remain patient.
