»/List in Factions

I dont know whether /list is only available for donators or not but adding this would be better for everyone.

EXAMPLE
Say there is a hacker in warp pvp and you are both in protection 4.At this point you are basically screwed and are forced to die.Adding /list for everyone would make it so that you could alert any staff to tp in /msg instead on saying "hacker"multiple times in public chat,which would result in a mute,.

/list is availabe for most server(or at least it works for me BUT it is not working on factions now). Mabye after the reset it broke. Try to see if it works in other servers.

List was disabled as there was simply too many people on factions resulting in players being kicked.
Perhaps a list only showing the current staff will be added in, that's what I'm getting from your "Example"
