Name of offense : Abusing Staff Muting Permission.
By Muting People Caused Reason : Spamming in /msg
And as far as I know, There is no muting for that Reason
So, ExoTicZ Is Abusing It and He Said "I can't Ignore People
so I just mute them." I don't think It's fair and I'm going to

As far as i know, mods are here to keep the chat clean, and they cant do that if they ignore people. I dont know how you spammed ExoticZ, but i think its a fair mute, because he cant /ignore you.
