So, I was playing and then I typed in the chat "/fix aelarmaly" because I was kidding. I wasn't being rude or disrespecting in ANY WAY staff members.

Some notes before I start:
1. In /warp rules there's no sign that I cannot argue with staff members about anything. I was NOT arguing, I was trying to defend myself and trying to get unwarned.

2. Players even said that I was right.

I was playing and said "/fix aelarmaly" , then I got warned by masquerade1 for saying that. He apologised but that doesn't change anything. I started asking why I did got warned (I was defending myself) and I got muted for trying to get myself unwarned. keeskaassouffle said "go make a thread" (like, do. Make a thread, I'll delete it and make fun of your face) so here I am. keeskasssouffle MUTED ME for DEFENDING MYSELF. Masquerade1 said "You're arguing and that's not ok. You know the rules war". I said "Come to warp rules". There was NO sign there saying that I cannot argue. I wasn't even arguing, only trying to get myself unwarned (defending myself). I'm repeating myself too much because I need to. I'm glad to see that mods can mute/warn you for no reason. I only said /fix aelarmaly. I hope that keeskaassouffle get's demoted because he's NOT doing his job correctly.

Sinceraly, you that because I said "fix aelarmaly" I can get warned and even MUTED?

Here you bascially said that that aelarmaly's a bad admin and Cyrus should fix him/demote him. bemky did the same thing and got muted for 24h for disrespecting staff, you took the risk to do the same thing and got warned. I won't decide if the was incorrect or correct since it's Cyrus' job to decide. However, we cannot unwarn players, we could before but now we don't.

Some notes of mine before I start:
1. If you didn't know, we have a section called Rules. with two sections - Server rules/Forum rules.
If you read carefully the Server Rules, you may noticed this -

You must respect the staff at all times
Our staff is here to help and follow our detailed guideline to take their decisions. Do not argue with the judgement made by one of our staff members. The only place where you can give us feedback is on the forum, make sure you have proof to back it up.

2. We don't really care what other players think about it. Staff know the rules better than the members do although members should know the rules as good as we do. Sometimes members tend to say dumb things just to defend or support their friends.



The part where you asked why you got warned was totally fine, there's nothing wrong with that. but if the admins / or the specific staff who muted you told you the reason then you should shut up and if you disagree with it you must go on forums and talk about the situation there and not rage like crazy saying you won't stop until you get unwarned.

You kept spamming the public chat saying the warn is unfair which considered as arguing which isn't allowed and you cannot disagree with that so you got warned by kaas. You kept raging and got warned more than 3 times which was enough. After many warns kaas decided to mute you for arguing. You should've defended yourself on the forums, ingame isn't the right place to do that. In my eyes the mute is correct but I'm not the one to decide and I'm not Survival Staff. I will tag @CyrusTheVirus1 and @keeskaassouffle to share their opinions.

Now people who aren't involved and have dumb things to say to support or against the mute, please don't comment. The comment will be removed and you will be warned.

1. First of all I said /fix aelarmaly, I was kidding and as I said in the thread it was NOT meant to disrespect staff in any way. If Is that (/fix admins) disrespecting staff?

2. No one has the right to delete @Vojkea post unless it contains explicit materials/swearing.

3. I heard to staff but they kept saying "Make a forum post".

4. You know this is not right. Unmute me.

5. Staff needs to respect players, they did NOT. So how am I gonna respect staff?

Same thing goes to "DDOS jokes" you joke about ddosing someone and get perma banned. You did the same thing with your "joke" and it doesn't change anything. and yes it's disrespecting staff. How would you feel as staff if people saying to demote you or fix you because you're doing job correctly.

I do have the rights to remove any post of someone who doesn't involved in the situation and you cannot argue with that since it's a FORUM RULE ( Again, make sure you read our forum/server rules cuz seems like you didn't read any of those ).

If you got to a situation where staff disrespects you then you should report them right away. in kees' situation, he didn't disrespect you.

let's start with your 2 points:
1. How is this different from arguing?
2. Players might say you're right but you still did what you shouldn't have done, argue in public chat instead of the forums like i told you to multiple times to do.


Let me quote the staffguidelines:
"Arguing
Someone constantly contradicting what someone says.OR
Someone protesting a punishment that has been given to them.
These messages are clearly sent in an argumentative way to try to get player123 unbanned.
Always warn first and tell them to go to the forum. Mute for 12 hours if they continue after being warned."

So even if the warning isn't right the mute is right.

And like stated above it didn't stop with /fix aelarmaly (who wasn't even there at the time so why make a joke about him).

As Of you guys deciding To disrespect Me, even though i have did nothing wrong to use.
A week ago I muted 2 people for provoking/ language and Bemky decides to desrespect me and says,
"aelarmaly, you suck, Im going to do everything i can to get you demoted". Yes you got muted for that and now your starting this again. I think You should get a higher punishment and Stop disrespecting staff. Without staff the servers will not go good and people will not get the help they need.
Be greatful theres a good staff team to help. Members like You guys think its cool to disrespect staff, try become staff and see how it is. Stop being childish and play, cause were here to have fun and others enjoy it.

In addition to this issue:
Since /fix is also a command to fix items ingame, another possible rule you would break is asking an admin (Full admin in this case because of aelarmaly being Full admin on survival) for an item getting fixed.
Asking an admin with creative mode for items, ranks, OP or such things, is not allowed.

In this case the staff members of Survival have acted appropriately to what has happened.

From what i see in the logs, the warning you got for staff disrespect wasn't wrong. If you disagree with a warning/mute however, don't start arguing in public chat. They gave you plenty of warnings to go make a forum report, you just kept arguing/spamming.
