As it one of my topics, i said about improving moderator obligation duty. But instead of getting the asnwer- we will look in to it, admin just posts that moderators job is to inform higher staff.
But that is the point, that the moderators are not doing that, instead they only mute people, swear (stfu, f off etc, noob spam, etc). They are complete imature persons, that dont have any proffesional attitude in being moderators. Some people comented things out witch i already mentioned, ("there are exceptions even in young age moderators that are willing to their thing correctly"), But mostly it is a problem, and again even admin staff sees that the topic is being active, but they just close it, for no reason, because they don't have a real solution or an answer.
Moderators should be polite at all costs and before muting always give warnings, muting time should be shown after it has been applied, spectating on everyone whom has been accused for hacking no matter how silly is the reason, they should look in to it, because maybe other player, can't describe hacks correctly considering the fact that the /h command doesn't include all hack possibilities and either they have accusation or swearing option.

 

I don't need you explanation for being rude, i need a solution from admin side, will the be active about this and try to infrom their staff or they will hide behind moderators, like you, who try to break the topic down, no offense, i see that you are trying to help, but it is not subjective problem it is more global, there are some moderators that are adequate, but mostly in annihilation server those are just kids, who likes to exploit their privilegges.

 

im not saying staff, im saying moderators, most of them whilst playing arent polite and doesnt answer on players complaints, but rahter mutes them.

 

jayy getting a hold of a head admin is easier said than done bud.

I do ask that you provide examples and or proof at this time, that way I can personally forward it to the appropriate people and have em deal with it.

 

im still collecting it, it is not 1 hour job you know. It's very sad, that i dint record the evidence before i made these topics, in other case it would be much more to provide.
And can you please provide a list of moderators as well as admins, so i would know to whom i really have to pay attention.

The job of a moderator is to mute and help out any players, but the only Moderator we have on Annihilation is GamerCLOL, I’m not sure if this thread is targeted at him.

We want to provide a safe and positive experience for everyone. Mods main priority is the chat. They will mute anyone if necessary, we don’t want people Swearing, Spamming.etc
The reason Accusing is a rule is so that Hackers do not turn their hacks off after you called them out, this just makes our jobs harder.

If you do spot a hacker you can either record him and report him on Discord/Forums or you can use /helpop and an Admin will receive your message and try to deal with
it as soon as possible.

But you have to keep in mind Staff can’t be on 24/7 due to timezones and we all have lives and things to do. Minecraft is something we play in our spare time.

 

Yes, the ones who im addressing are admins, but mostly they have been addressed as moderators, it just a misunderstanding. But thats the case - admins their selves swear and quite often say offensive things, as im now collecting proof, they are being little bit more carefull, in addition i dont have time 24/7 to point all aboslutely everyone, but ill have at least something to offer. Plus part of admins don't know that racism is an offense and players need to be warned. (not pointing out anyone) . The point is, some of admins need to refresh their knowledge about some rules and take their status and position little bit more serious. I am telling that because the infinite trolling in chat even from admin side is just disagreeable.
