»In-Game Faction Suggestions

Hello,
First of all the suggestion is about the /f owner (that give only members-in-list permissions to build in the lane), and as we know how ./f owner works is vertically in a chunk
My suggestion is to make another /f owner that works horizontally and vertically, like 32 blocks vertical and horizontal. The purpose is to make a base for all members of faction and separate it into some parts by horizontally and vertically, rather than make many bases like mod base, trusted base, and members base. (Because its pain, from my experience that i have to make many bases)
So the mods and trusted member in list can access top of base, and non-trusted can only access bottom.

Though this would be a great feature if it were to be implemented, sadly creating a feature like that would be really difficult as minecraft loads chunks in a way where 1 chunk is loaded 0 - 255 meaning there is no easy way in splitting into multiple pieces hmm but an interesting concept thou
