The Defeat the Corrupted Iron Golem blocking the Portal quest appears to be inaccessible once a player fails during the first attempt. The quest arena has barrier blocks around it so there's no point of entry. Though I've been told that admins could tp you inside, it's worth mentioning that it's a hassle.
