»I WANT MY DONATOR RANK BACK!!!!!!

Hello to all people, admins, mods, regular players, and possibly even aXed. Before the server had a logging in problem, i logged in to see if it resetted, and it did.So thanks for that.

Now to the problem, when typing in public chat, i realised my donator rank was gone, and i was really disappointed and i rage quited for a while. Next thing i know i cant even login to the server to see if i recieved my rank or just to play factions original with my awesome godlike friends.

Next problem, the server has somehow 3 different IP addresses, and none work for me and as i have read in many different forum posts, for alot of different people too.

To wrap it all up, all i want is to get my old donator rank back as soon as possible so i can play with pleasure and build / pvp / or anything i usually do knowing that im donator rank and that i have 3 sethomes and that i can auction stuff i want to sell. And of course please fix the server bug/glitch cause the majority of people cant login!

thanks, and also i just read something about the /redeemperks, i forgot to do it
But i cant really do it now since the server is down for me but as soon as i can join imma do the command /redeemperks and see if it works

Did you like see if you have ur donator perms cuz making it say donator in chat isint so important

 

Try using /redeem perks to get your perks.

 

That would be 9 000 000 gigabytes :/ lol

umm, it's /redeemperks to re-obtain your previous donator rank you had before reset.
Also, to the person @Vagif, you'll be able to see your Donator rank prefix whenever a server resets, it might be only the /kit and donor items given upon using /redeemperks.

 

Also, for more support on this particular issue... I'd suggest you to create a support ticket under "Support" at the top left of your page. aXed and other Head-Admins alongside developers could deal with this.
