there is a sentence in this chat that yo should see and a player to ban

 

I know I'm not involved, but I just wanted to help this guy out and give him some information.

You need to use the correct format about reports, or else they will lock this thread and won't help you.
Like this:
"Name of offender: Matheus
Name of offense: Swearing
Server: Prison
Date and time: 17:34
Evidence: <screenshot or video>"

(It's just an example)
There is a button called "Edit", which you can use to change your thread.

 

Remember, use the correct format for reporting as @Endless7 said above. Also swearing is not allowed, there was maybe no staff member on at the time which lead to him not being muted.
