    Can an admin change my birth date? It should be 1999 not 1989.

    Point your cursor towards your username on the right-top of the website and click on Personal Details :)

    I don't think you can change your birthdate but you can hide it so other members won't be able to see your age. Go to personal details and than choose the option to hide it.
