»I forgot my password and I need help, But my support ticket isnt valid.

I was trying to submit a support ticket for forgotten password, but it isn't valid for some reason.

this is what I entered.

Last Login: (didnt remember) May 2015
No donations
no additional info that could help because i completely forgot
what am I doing wrong??

You need to write a valid message within this box and you can then proceed with your ticket.
