»I can't pay with paysafecard

I can't pay with paysafe even though it is an option in paying i have spent 40 euros for nothing pls respond and fix this ty

 

I am pretty sure you can use Paysafecard without any problems.
But.
Problems do occur and Guildcraft has a section for that. You ca click here:

And submit a support ticket. put every detail you have. and one of the staff members will reply to you immediately.

If you have made a purchase which hasn't gone through correctly, please make a support ticket here.

Press Submit New Ticket
Department; Store Related Issues

Please fill out all of the information correctly and accurately, if you are able to, you must go onto PayPal (Or whichever payment method you used) and try to gain some sort of Invoice / Transaction ID to prove you have bought the rank.
Write all the relevant information and try to explain the situation as much as possible.

Only aXed himself can deal with Store Related Issues, so you must await for him to respond - writing all the proper information will help out him and yourself at a quicker pace.


TIP: Do not bump up your support ticket - they are dealt with OLDEST FIRST so bumping up the ticket will equal it as 'new' and you'll be waiting a longer duration for a response.
