»i cant login

hey i recently came back playing minecraft i know my password on the website but when i put my password to login to guildcraft server it says its wrong pls someone help ive spent lots money on this server and skygrid

If you have forgotten your password, you may need the password reset which you can do on our forums!
To get your password reset, please make a support ticket here

Press Submit New Ticket
Department; Forgotten Server Password

Fill in all the appropriate sections and await a response.

You must await for a Head-Admin+ to help you reset your password, and here is a link for useful password tips when you are able to join back onto the Network - click here

INFO: Do not bump up your support ticket - tickets are dealt with oldest first, bumping your ticket will rise it to the top thus eventually waiting longer for a response.
