»I am not receiving my donator Perks

    I accidentally paid to rank upgrade my donator level out of order and I don't get all of my Skylord perks as they are described in the shop.

    I paid for the upgrade "Elite to Skylord" before the rank up of "Hero to Elite"

    I do not have access to /warp End
    I do not have access to /heal

    my kit /kit skylord only gives me 10 blocks of minerals and refreshes after two days, not 24 hours.
    I do not receive any bottles o' enchanting with the kit.

    Can someone fix this as it has been a couple weeks being broken and I would like to be receiving what I paid for.

    Sorry to hear you have not received what you have paid for. I will include an email in this response that you need to send an email to with all these details. If everything checkouts okay I'm positive the billing department will be more than willing to correct it.

    At the top of this website, go to the support tab then tickets and send a ticket (report) to the head admins.

    The way TimberWolfHD told you is actually a more easier way. Just click on "Support" then "Submit New Ticket" and then from the drop down click on "Purchase issues"
