»How to prevent false autosoup bans

It happened to me. I was just playing some kitPvP and suddenly, a lag spike. So I thought 'I dont want to die so ill scroll and eat soups until the lag spike is over'. When the lag spike was over my whole hotbar was empty (not my sword of course) but that instant soup thingy made Ethikos think I was autosouping, so I got false banned. This was like 6 months ago or something.
If you dont want to get false banned like me, you can try this:
1. Get a screen recorder
2. Start recording you screen when you see that you are having lag spikes.

If you get banned you have evidence that you was not haxing.
