this mod allows the mod user and other people who have the same mod which cape they have so if u want to have a cape follow these 2 steps:

STEP ONE:
Download forge 1.7.10 or 1.8.9
https://files.minecraftforge.net/

STEP TWO:
Download the mod and install it. Heres a tutorial on youtube


(this video has capes that u can choose other than the default white cape)

Just pay 10 bucks for an optifine cape.

 

Nice mod but I use a different mod. This mod also lets other players to see your cape also and you can choose any capes. https://www.minecraftcapes.co.uk/
