Let me take a look, It looks like it's not downloading all the files from minecraft.net because of a ssl problem...

 

So how do I fix the problem?

 

Right before I start trying to read info about ssl errors in java and Minecraft, could you delete:
%appdata%\.minecraft\assets
%appdata%\.minecraft\libraries
%appdata%\.minecraft\versions

And everything in it, it will not delete your minecraft world saves, etc just so it forces to redownload minecraft. Remember to download 1.8 from minecraft.net before downloading optifine.

Can I ask have you deleted and reloaded minecraft?
Which antivirus are you using?
Do you know if any firewalls are in the middle of your connection?
Are you in a place where ssl is not allow?

The problem is because something is trying to interfere with your ssl connection and when java notices, it drops the connection on you.

 

When i had these problems i had to delete my .minecraft, folder, i just backed up my saves, doing that should fix the problem

Hmm.. There is no firewall in the anti virus package.. Just old windows firewall running ad doesn't really block connections even if you have it not opened to the internet... Nothing that google can't answer. One sec

umm.. I guess that can help, please try to download without optifine and a log with optifine on.
