    i wanna reset my account by changing my nickname. is that possible?

    You can buy a rank which has /nick command.
    Or if you are a new player, you can make a new account and ask the admin to ban your previous account.
    Warning : Abusing double accounts is not allowed. You will have to stop playing in your current account if you have made a new account.

    He can use /unregister command to unregister his old account.
