I'm hiring a professional builder to make me a PERFECT (as I want it to be) SPAWN PLOT SHOP. The materials, in most cases will be paid for, but if I can't 0ffer any specific material, its your job to bring the materials.
Also, if you can make fancy walls and stuff, You DON'T qualify as a professional builder: I need to see any of your past builds to see your detailing, design, etc.
Okay, the spawn plot I have claimed, has a detailed floor system. I have decided to make my own dream house upstairs, but the shop will be at the basement, where everyone can see it. I have a lot of ideas how to make this go, You can offer your ideas too. But in the end, my decision matters. Also, it needs to be a NEAT item frame shop. NO TOOLS WILL BE PROVIDED.

An elytra, with Unbreaking II and mending on it, so that it will never break, and you can use it forever.

(Money will be decided after the build is finished, but it will be well over 20K if you did your job well.)
