    I cant reply any messenger on forum, the post not locked. I just 'write ur reply' and click to Post reply, nothing after that. I f5 my web and its still that! help me!

    Maybe it's your connectivity issues, that's a common problem.

    if you use any VPN turn it off or try to clear your browser history

    As Xephanez said, it is most likely a connectivity issue, since the forums work fine and nobody has complained about it so far. I suggest you restart your internet router and try again. If the problem persists, go to your control panel, then to network settings and try to fix the problem from there. After that, restart your computer. If the problem was already solved, then please say so.
