    i got banned in 2013 on haha4275 do i need to buy unban for my new premium acc jobdoesplay or for haha4275 (perm ip ban for advertisement)

    You have to buy the unban for the banned account, which is haha4275. For advertising, you have to buy unban level 1. Mind that you may only play on one account at a time.
