    Hello,

    One of the guys in the video already has been auto-banned already however for the second person you reported there is not enough evidence against him because he only hits once and runs away. We cannot see if he did indeed have hacks through what you recorded. Hopefully if you do have more evidence you are able to provide some point in the near future.
