»[Guide] How to deal with spam and foul language in chat!

We've all been there staff away from server and people begin to spam or say foul language to one another.
Most of the time you ask them to stop and then they turn on you here is how you handle this.
Step 1.

Step 2.
type in chat /ignore (abusers name) this works with public chat, /msg, /w, /p but not /mail which you can clear by /mail clear
Step 3.
report abuser on site by forum DON'T ANNOUNCE ON SERVER the report
Step 4.
if you did announce it take action because majority of the time they have friends and they will report you as well or raid chat against you.
Step 5.
Back to the game because staff will take it from there
