Hi,

For the tittle description you notice that something is not right here. In survival, I messaged @aXed because of my skin and he said "warcorp a moment" but SEVERAL minutes later I did not had a answer from him. It's been a couple of days and I think the "moment" is taking several hours and days. With this I just want to say, @aXed, message me in survival because I want my skin back. I will continue making those posts until my voice is heard. Survival is constantly crashing so please, stop ignoring us. Thanks,

Regarding the skins we're working on our own system to handle them but give us a brake we're cracked. We have to use plugins and API's in order to fix people their skins. It's quite limited.

The dedicated server of Survival broke down I can't really do anything about it until the hardware has been fixed.

 

That is what I needed to know. Thank you for your answer, but when you are busy just tell me "Im busy, I cant right now sorry."

 

Oh and regarding to survival, I know what that is. I just wanted a answer, thanks one more time. Now, I tagged you several times in several posts and you did not respond. I know it is quite complicated, you have a life etc etc.
