    Hello readers,

    This post is mainly adressed to @aXed and his staff, but you can read it anyways if you want.

    I'm posting this after my friend, @i_verano_i, has not received a response on his request to get his account back.
    He is a Legend, wich he donated €90,- for.
    But after being inactive for a long time, because of school and other activities, he tried to log in on Guildcraft to find out that his account had first been locked because of inactivity and after that it said that his password had been changed.
    Last year he made a support ticket on the forums on wich he has had three replies on so far, including one from aXed.
    The replies basically said that they would look into the case if he send his billing information etc., wich he then did but he never received any help or answer since.
    Now, more than half a year later he is trying to get his account back again.
    He really wants to play Minecraft again, but as he posted on his support ticket he does not want to play on a different server where he has no rank since it would be a waste of his money.
    Also he really liked Guildcraft and it's community.
    We used to be very active, but since this happened we don't really play Minecraft anymore.

    In my opinion, I can understand that it would take a while to recover his account.
    And since we have always trusted and believed in aXed and his staff, we had thought that this problem would have been solved after a while.
    I can't, however, understand why this takes so long or has just been forgotten.
    As a donator myself I find that I should be able to trust that the money I spent is being repaid equally.
    And so also for others.

    So I ask you for the sake of our trust and your trustworthiness, please look into this case.
    It would be a shame if this situation had to end this way.

    Thank you Reborian for having my back and try to recover my account with me! Hopefuly i'll be playing on GuildCraft soon. :)
