Add a shout box to the forums

You can chat in it with other members. It will be for example on the forum page of GC's forums, and ye... people can just socialize more for a better community

If I add an example it would be advertising, but it's pretty self explanatory

btw dont make polls they are useless... cuz at the end of the day its up to the higher staff team..

 

I have seen it on another server± No problems. Sometimes negative behavior, but staff just sometimes check.

Also @iWitherBC stop rating everyones post `funny´ -_-

 

+1 but it'd look like a mess without staffs monitoring the shoutbox, I think we need to have some preps for staffs before implementing that forum plug-in.
