»Forgotten Password

Hello.
So i was creating a support ticket because i forgot my password and tryna reset it, but im getting a "Please enter a valid message." error i don't know why. please how do you fix this?

There is a white box at the bottom which you can write more information.
You must write something here to complete the ticket itself.

I cannot show you at the moment as the phone version differs from the computer version. Once I am on the computer I will explain and highlight more.
