»False banned

I was permanently banned for reason : Killaura (Report) , i know it looks like killaura for the viewers , but the truth was i was a little bit lagging so the hits wont easily register and can be delayed when im pvping , this happens alot of times when i pvp, because i normally get 380 ping or more every game , i have a really bad internet connection and it cant be changed easily , i call it falseban because i am legit just using legal mods for the server , (TimeChanger (An admin said that this mod is legal) , (Keystrokes mod , CPSmod and Optifine) Thats what i can explain for now , if theres any question ill answer it (Sorry if my english is bad).

i dont know how to make the picture bigger , but it has 2 of the mods i am using in screen (that was screenshotted yesterday when i wasnt banned)
