If you're reporting Chimpay for accusing (thread title), it's not muteable.
Accusing another player of hacking is muteable.

 

Oh okay thanks for letting me know! but this guy never stop i feel paranoid man his just jelouse because i got ban and unbann I didnt changed my ip it was Chisagu who unban me i respect the staffs but you gotta do something about it but if none thats fine.
