Today,i'm gonna be posting a tutorial about Factions.Faction server is one of the most popular server on Guildcraft.Now i will explain how to get started. Getting started When you first join the server,you will get a starter kit to help you out.(contains iron stuff,potatoes and diamonds).Then explore the spawn and all of the available warps.Meet some people and talk to them.Check out the shop and see what stuff you can sell to get money. Warps: /warp crates,/warp shop,/warp portals (also /warp nether and the End),/warp pvp e.g. Do /warp to see the list of all warps. Need a faction! Next step is creating or joining a faction.You can ask in chat for an invite,but the best thing is to meet and talk to some people,help them out,to make a good relationship with them.If you can't find a faction to join,then create one! Do /f create [name] to create a faction,or /f join [name] to join one. First type in /wild,to get to Wilderness without passing the Warzone.Maybe find a place or get in a cave,make your f home there,first claim it by /f claim if you have enough power.Then you can do /f sethome,and when people join your faction they can do /f home.You can recruit people on website,or before they join,give them a trial to see if they are worthy to join your faction.That's about it for the factions. Money Now,you will have to get rich on Factions.In the shop you can sell some plants to get money and be richer.I recommend making a automatic cactus farm,melon,pumpkin or nether wart farm.Expanding them,you get more money.Automatic cactus farm is the best,because you can just afk to get cactus.Needs hoppers and fences. Check how much money you have by typing /money or /balance. Raiding and Pvp Your faction can expect to get raided.Almost 200 players plays Factions daily,so your faction can sometimes only last for a day.Players use different types of cannons so they have no trouble if the base is claimed.Cannons fire out TNT and Cannoners need to have redstone to power them. As i already said,you need to recruit members with good armor,maybe with some gapples and potions.They need to be good pvpers. And also,Pvp is important in faction.You can fight someone in Wilderness,but most people go to /warp pvp.Before going into Warzone,leave your important stuff in the Ender Chest,if not you can risk losing them.You need to get ready and make some potions for battle.Get a few kills,then leave pvp. Kits This is a short part.If you lose your stuff you can do /kit tools,the only kit available to Members. By opening a Vote Crate,you have a chance to get some kits. Example:kit Builder. To list all of your kits,just do /kit. More kits available for donators. Scamming On Faction server,alot of people scams.Scamming is allowed except in Survival and Semi Vanilla,so you cannot complain to staff.Scamming is also killing players in a trap.You have to watch out for scams and you cannot trust anyone,except your allies and faction members. Example:Tpa me for a free raid,buy our pvp base for 20k,they will just take your money. Voting and Donating You have 6 links to vote for everyday.By voting,you can get amazing rewards,such as money,exp and votecoins.Sometimes you can get lucky and get more money or enchanted armor.To go to these links,you can do /vote and click on the link to get redirected on the Forum.To see how many votecoins you have,do /voteshop balance,and with votecoins,you can do /voteshop and buy some God gear,God apples,Potions,e.g.With that op stuff,you can get into a OP faction.After every 400 votes,a voteparty starts,you get a Vote Crate Key,and then alot of people sells keys and uses them on a Vote Crate.To see how many votes are until Vote Party,do /vp. And at last,donating.On the new Guildcraft Forum you have to go to Shop,Sky Shop if you want to donate on Skyblock or Skygrid,and the regular Shop for all other servers.When you donate with real money,you get a new rank.All available ranks areonator,Vip,Hero,Elite,Legend,Titan,God and Demi God.In the shop you can see all perks for every rank.Legend and higher can change their prefix by doing /prefix [prefix],and type yes if you want it,or no if you don't.Also,donators can change their nickname.
