    Accusing is only mutable when the player mentions a name.
    For example:
    Player123: Randy123 is hacking!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    Player123: Randy123 is fly abusing, admin tp!!!!!

    Even at that, I cannot tell the context whatsoever, there are so many scenarios and reasons for why this was said. It doesn't appear that he is actually accusing.
    For example:
    Player123: How do i get into a base Randy321?
    Randy321: fly abuse
    Randy321: ez
