»Factions needs to restart properly

ok so Factions restarted like 1 or 2 months ago and it sucks and lag problems?well thats be cause of custom biomes and i think it should be removed at fist it was ok but custom biomes are more for smaller servers and GC like 100 to 200 players a day and then it laggs of course it will lag.Then Melon333 said Factins already has Custom enchantments thoe arent even close to custom enchants,and i was trying to fuind some but #fail.
